It wasn't launched or developed to promote the movie as well, because it was developed by another team, unconnected to the upcoming movie's filmmakers.

Maybe it's just plain coincidence, or the developers of the game just have perfect timing, but in any case, just to keep details straight the upcoming Captain America, and this game is not connected with each other aside from the fact that they both honor the same superhero. The movie is about Captain America, as the First Avenger, while the game is about Captain America as the Sentinel of Liberty.

From the title itself, the two are already different. Also their story lines are way different from each other. Well in any case, both are still jampacked with American action and pride.

Captain America is always running in the game most of the time and it's up to you to lead him away from obstacles, either by hopping over them or eliminating them with your superpowers. You would also learn how important your shield is, because you cannot only use it a defense mechanism in the game but as a weapon as well, where you can throw it like a boomerang to destroy enemies and other things blocking your way.

You're not always running however. In some parts of the game, Captain America must also climb level per level to reach his goal. His ultimate goal is to stop the Red Skull, and to preserve the world's balance of power. Now in order to achieve this you have to get past minor enemies and obstacles as well. In the advancement of the game, it gets more and more difficult, but don't worry because aside from your shield, this Captain America game for ipad has other powers in store.

He has special punches, kicks, and other actions for you to discover. Sometimes the touch combinations that you need to perform in order for the character to perform a special action is showed on the screen, but other times, they're not so it's up to you to experiment on different touch combinations to maximize Captain's skills and techniques.

Aside from fulfilling your quest, you also have side quests to pursue during each level, and this is to collect hidden file-folders, aside from that, the game is all yours! Also, there are levels with special requirements so your better watch for those, like one level that requires you to finish it just within the given time.

This Captain America iPad game is very fun, though it just has a tendency to be a little over for the budget. It's $5 worth, but this game only contains 24 levels, and a practically easy and fast gameplay. But if you're really Captain America's fan, and you really don't care how  much the ipad game costs or how long your playing time is going to be, then go ahead and enjoy yourself. Hail defender of liberty and democracy!

Harry Potter iPad App

Harry Potter iPad App. The movie took the world by storm and the wizarding culture is not quieting down just yet. From the cinema, the culture has extended to books, and even apps. Yes, one pf the top selling book apps today is Harry Potter Film Wizardry. Mind you, this app is not free, and it's not cheap.

It has been patterned from the book released last year by HarperCollins but of course, the app is much better than the book. It's a little bit heavy on the memory (almost a gig) but it's worth every byte with videos, detailed images, and very interactive content. A word of caution though, do not get the app if you're not a fan, unless you want to spend $12.99 on an app just to check it out.

Entering the Wizarding World of Harry Potter with iPad

 

If you're a hardcore fan of Harry Potter, then go ahead. You'll definitely enjoy this app. It follows the culture and feel of the movie. This app is filled with special info about the story, and to quote the exact description of iTunes regarding the app: "Immerse yourself in the world of the spectacular Harry Potter film series, and learn why Yule Ball ice sculptures never melt, where Galleons, Sickles, and Knuts are really “minted,” how to get a Hippogriff to work with actors, the inspiration behind Hogwarts castle, and why Dementors move the way they do".

And it doesn't end there. The Harry Potter ipad app also contain the series' filmmaking details and secrets, like special photography, artworks, and exclusive interviews from the stars of the film. Special animations are also something to get excited about, like the Maurauder's Map, Time-Turner, Yule Ball invitation, and a product catalog of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, just to name a few. The things you could do with this app is worth hours and hours of true pureblood enjoyment.

Page effects are also breathtaking, like a moving mer-person, or special The Daily Prophet issues. Videos are also interesting which contain behind-the-scenes, actual scenes from the movie, and trailers. The possibilities are endless. The app is indeed as magical as the books and the movies. If you have loved the movies and the books, then you would surely love this app. This is an absolute must-have for all Muggles who love Hogwarts.

Of course the scenes of the latest and final movie of the HP series is not yet included, hence the updated version of this app is still very much anticipated. If for instance you have decided to download this great ipad app, just make sure that you have the ample space to accommodate it in order to enjoy the app to its finest. The ideal space is 2gig. If you fulfill this important requirement, then you're going to enjoy all the features in a smooth way. Not having enough space could lead to the crashing of your app as well freezing of your iPad, so before clicking download, you may want to make sure of your memory first.
