Amy Winehouse Lioness: Hidden Treasures Review

Amy Winehouse is one of the moved loved musicians of this generation and is responsible for some of the best selling and move loved songs in recent years. Sadly, the signer and songwriter died in 2011 but now, a new album has been released that features a lot of previously unreleased recording of the singer. The album; Lioness: hidden treasures is a must have for any serious Amy Winehouse fan and it would also be great for anyone that hasn't been previously introduced to Winehouse.

The album has been released around 6 months after the passing of Winehouse and features  a lot of alternate takes of songs, as well as rarities that have previously not been heard. The album does have some completely unreleased tracks on too which will of course be a bonus for any Amy Winehouse fan. Many of the people that knew Amy well have been involved in creating this album and it really shows.

The album has a lot of great songs on it and will really bring you into the life of Amy Winehouse. Amy is known for her tender and devastating voice and this album really sows what the singer had to offer the world. It is probable that many of the song son this album would never have been released if the singer had not passed away which doesn't mean that they aren't great, but perhaps just not as great as her previously released work.
